If a car does not start you may want to make sure the fuel pump is running. This proves that the EZK is powered on and a rpm signal is processed, that the LH is powered on and that the LH is activating injectors and fuel pump. So a running pump while starting tells you a lot.
If the car still does not start, verify ticking injectors, actual sparks on pugs of both circuits, fuel pressure, and finally check valve timing.
