The headlight adjuster in 928 starting 1989 became electrical using a Hella made adjustment device.  This adjustment device uses a pin that extends or withdraws to turn the headlight aiming up or down.

The end of this rod rests in a nylon socket that lets the rod turn and  does that in an angle when the headlight tilts a little.

This end-piece (socket) breaks sometimes which causes the adjustment to become inoperable.

It is best to use TPU in the 3D printer as you need material that is strong but remains flexible. (credits to Torsten who made the stl I think)
