I happen to have two at hand. Both used and not in good shape I'm afraid ;-))

Houses for center vent and footwell flap are different, membrane is the same. Other may be the same too.

Diameter and throw come into play. And the engineer below said the most durable 'phragms are rubber coated fabric. I ran across his company after reading this thread http://forums.rennlist.com/rennforums/showthread.php?t=271923

He actually called me and we talked for ~15 minutes. He was knowledgeable and easy to talk to. Much more knowledgeable than I - not hard as my knowledge is purely from reading and PIX (i.e., I don't nuffin 'bout no fixin' no actuators). He _guessed_ it might be a Honeywell 240013 diaphragm.

If he had one in hand, he said, they could find it or dupe it. The latter being the expensive way, until the volume ramps up.

So, John, do you have one or more in hand? If you have more than one out, are they all the same?

In case any of you ever need to replace any of the climate control vacuum actuator diaphragms you can get replacement rubber diaphragms for the recirculating suction flap diaphragm 92857307704 and others from:

Yes I have tried the one on the AC recirculating flap (vacuum unit - suction) it is a single diaphragm one is an 100% compatible fit.
The Mercedes Clubs here in the states all promote these as the OEM parts are quite expensive.

The 2010 is for a single diaphragm actuator or both a 2010 and a 2020 for the double diaphragm actuator - all are $6 each plus $5.95 S&H accept Visa/Mc . . .
