A/C works great the way it is Ford compressor and all. Yes Ford was $150 instead of the over 600 they wanted with the Porsche one.

It is the compressor off of the middle 80'm mustangs I believe. It requires the old mounting brackets and to use the same belt requires a little persuasion, i.e. cut the bracket and re weld it a little bigger. Ad far as I know you could use a slightly shorter belt and get it to work. The compressor is only a 5 piston compressor not the I believe 6 or 8 of the Porsche one. I'm not completely sure of the manufacture but I will check on it tomorrow if I remember.
