Does anyone have a DTC tester tool No. 9268 or system tester tool No.
9288, or equivalents to read trouble codes that I can borrow, rent or use?

Accessing Diagnostic Trouble Codes
88-90
Requires the use of DTC tester tool No. 9268 or system tester tool No.
9288, or equivalents to read trouble codes.
91-95
Diagnostic trouble codes may be read using DTC tester tool No. 9268 or
system tester tool No. 9288, or equivalents, or through flashing of the
"Check Engine" lamp. To display the stored diagnostic trouble codes
through the "Check Engine" lamp, proceed as follows:
With engine off, turn ignition switch to On position.
Depress accelerator pedal completely for 3-5 seconds.
Wait for "Check Engine" lamp to flash, then release accelerator pedal.
ECU
will begin to flash diagnostic trouble codes.
Fully depress accelerator pedal to display next diagnostic trouble code.
When trouble DTC 1000 is displayed, no additional DTC's are stored are
memory.
Clearing Diagnostic Trouble Codes
After malfunctions have been repaired, clear diagnostic trouble codes as
follows:
With engine off, turn ignition switch to ON position.
Fully depress accelerator pedal for more than 11 seconds.
